Wireless Sales Consultant-       

The job consists of the following:                                                                                                                                  -    Assisting clients with their needs in the areas of wireless phones, plans, repair, accessories, etc.
-    Exceeding our clients expectations through traditional sales methods.
-    Some minor wireless phone repair.
-    Some cleaning, merchandising, inventory work

Wireless Technician- Phone Repair              

The job consists of the following:                                                                                                                                   -          Repairing clients wireless phones                                                                                                                        -          Repairing World of Wireless owned phones                                                                                                         -          Restoring used handsets for sales purposes.                                                                                                        -          Backup sales assistant with our clients.                                                                                                                -          Some cleaning, merchandising, inventory work

Warehouse Assistant

The job consists of the following duties:

• Assisting the warehouse manager
• Helping receive incoming equipment
• Transfer outgoing product to stores
• Maintain accurate inventory numbers
• Handling Defective equipment
• Shipping product out- Special Orders etc
• Handling/Testing Used Phones
• Keeping warehouse area clean/organized

Job Requirements:                                                                                                                                                              -                     High School Diploma, equivalent or currently enrolled in school.                                                                         -          History in customer service industry                                                                                                                   -          Basic computer skills                                                                                                                                          -          Reliable means of transportation 

Additional skills: (Not requirements):                                                                                                                   -          History in wireless sales                                                                                                                                      -          History in small electronic repair                                                                                                                          -          History in retail sales                                                                                                                                            -          Able to speak a second language (SPANISH A MAJOR PLUS)                                                                       --- ---          Able to work nights and weekends                                                                                                                    -         Able to travel between locations

Potential for Advancement

In positions like this, we are also looking for candidates with an  interest in a leadership role with World of Wireless in the future.   We have a position of “Team Lead” that is a role we offer to existing employees after a certain amount of time and certain criteria are met to qualify for this type of position.   A Key Holder at World of Wireless is an employee we may consider for the Assistant Manager or possibly the Store Manager position in the future.
